WJ Group – Web Design
WJ Group is a specialist engineering firm providing tailored water-management solutions that blend scientific precision with a consultative, client-first approach.
We were commissioned to redesign five of their websites as part of a major rebrand — including the main Group site and four regional sites for the UK, Canada, Middle East and Saudi Arabia.
Starting in Figma, we designed the Group website first to establish a clear visual language and design system. The regional sites were then adapted from this foundation, maintaining consistency while allowing for regional distinctions.
WJ wanted to retain the existing site structure but refresh it with the new branding to achieve a clean, modern look. Because the websites needed to be built in WordPress, we designed a modular system of reusable content blocks, this ensured the internal team could easily update content without disrupting the overall design. The layout followed a clear rhythm, typically arranged in sets of twos or threes for visual balance and simplicity.
Even the finer design details were inspired by the WJ logo – its distinctive curved “W” and “J” informed the soft, rounded shapes used in primary and secondary buttons, tying the interface back to the brand’s identity in subtle but cohesive ways.
To support the website launch, we created a suite of organic LinkedIn posts to promote the new sites and increase visibility around the rebrand. The campaign consisted of five posts that announced the launch across the Group and regional websites. All visuals and messaging followed the new design system to ensure a consistent brand presence across social and digital platforms.
